We collect only the information required to operate your account: your email address, order history, support conversations, and the access credentials issued to you.

Credentials are never displayed in public responses, never included in message subject lines, and are masked by default in the dashboard. Administrative access to credential records is authorization-checked and audit-logged.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required to deliver a service you ordered or to comply with the law.
