NEXAR provides hosting, server, IP and proxy services on a prepaid basis. Services are provisioned after payment is confirmed and may not be resold without written permission.

Customers are responsible for all activity originating from their assigned services. Any service used for spam, phishing, malware distribution, port scanning or unauthorized access will be suspended without notice. Proxy services must only be used against sources you are authorized to access.

Delivered credentials remain the property of NEXAR and must not be shared publicly. Refunds apply to undelivered orders only, as described in the FAQ.
